Why I’m rebooting my Twitter account

If the Internet is an ugly mirror, Twitter is the ugliest. It may be funny but yet awful. But it’s useful to create a better version of yourself. Let’s set a breakpoint. Let’s start again. It will be bullshit one more time. But better bullshit.

Please stay tuned. I will be periodically updating this site. Even more than I’ve been so far.

Intentions

It’s no big deal, but I intend to do a huge update of this website in the next days. There’s a lot of shit that’s been over there for years and this site seems so empty. Especially the photo section is going to experience a major change. It’s my intention to mantain a constant update of the blog too, but, you know, I’m always too busy to engage with anything. And so it goes. What I’m certainly doing is uploading some short stories I wrote years ago, mostly in Spanish, but I intend to translate them… or whatever. Maybe I’ll re-take the writing. Who knows.

Nowadays I feel more concious of who I am and what I’m looking for. What I want and what I don’t. To continue creating is there. Some lyrics and pictures have been born recently. The one in the picture is my dear Lyza, who will surely be a recurrent character in the near future. And just in case you’re wondering: I know sometimes I can be such a weirdo…

oh ps!! Yesterday I saw this huge bird over my head. I was amazed and pleased to be alive.

oh ps2!!! I’m fucking amazed with the new Manson’s video and glad he’s back into the creating thing.

ps3: I’m leaving webs.com . It’s not worth the effort. Seriously. From now on, the whole thing comes back to the original place: http://francesmeiwes.wordpress.com

‘Yersinia Pestis’ by Lladó

It happened a couple days ago. My dear friend Lladó honored The Plague by making this impressive reinvention of Yersinia Pestis. It’s my understanding that he called it ‘Yersinia Pestis at the End of the World’. Can’t explain how proud I feel that a little piece of work of mine rooted such a masterpiece. From now on, this will always belong to ‘The Plague’ pack itself.
Forever grateful.
